Join this month's meeting of Book Society's "Leading Ladies" Book Club!
We’re taking a little different turn this month with a fictional pick that’s sure to inspire real-world wisdom and reflection. Our latest selection, The Correspondent by Virginia Evans, is a charming, laugh-out-loud debut about one woman’s lifelong habit of making sense of the world through letters. At seventy-three, Sybil Van Antwerp writes to friends, family, and even the occasional famous author—until a letter from her past prompts her to reexamine her life, love, and legacy.
