Teachers and educators, take a moment for yourselves this Sunday with a special Sunday in the Stacks session designed just for you! Shefali Nanavati—educator, advisor, and trained yoga practitioner—will guide a one-hour yoga practice themed Breathe for Beginnings, offering space for reflection, renewal, and gentle movement.
Through breathwork, mindful stretches, and meditation, you’ll cultivate calm, balance, and presence—on and off the mat—perfect for recharging as we enter a new year. No prior yoga experience or flexibility required. After the practice, enjoy a mimosa or non-alcoholic bubbly and exclusive access to Book Society.
