About the event
Get ready for an unforgettable literary adventure! This gathering will be an info session for Book Society’s February 2026 trip to Mexico City, where we’ll experience the awe-inspiring monarch butterfly migration—plus all the charms of Mexico City—in person.
We’ll share key trip details—from itinerary highlights to travel tips—and answer your questions. We’ll also spend a little time chatting about Flight Behavior by Barbara Kingsolver, one of the novels that inspired this journey. But don’t worry—you’re welcome to join us even if you haven’t read (or started) the book.
As with all our book club meetings, snacks and beverages are included—plus the chance to meet fellow travelers who might just become your new favorite travel companions.
