During this restorative session, Andreas will lead you through a 90-minute guided journaling and self-reflection exercises designed to help you release what no longer serves you and refocus on what truly matters. You’ll leave feeling inspired, grounded, and equipped with practical tools to bring your discoveries out into the world.
