About the event
In collaboration with the fabulous food stylist and cookbook author, Bebe Carminito, we’ll gather each quarter to celebrate the art of cookbooks, featuring a different author and their delicious creations. We’ll meet, eat, sip, and savor good conversation with fellow foodies.
For our second gathering, we’re thrilled to welcome local cookbook author Georgia Freedman to discuss her latest book, Snacking Dinners. The book is all about making dinners fast, fun and delicious, and it delivers on that promise! With more than 50 recipes covering classic snacks from around the world, you’ll also discover the kinds of dishes you usually find on the menu at wine bars (a perfect pairing for Book Society, if we do say so ourselves).
Come prepared to snack! We’ll enjoy a feast of recipes from the book, sip perfectly paired wines, and chat with Georgia about her creative process, cookbook journey, and commitment to making snacking…
