About the event
Our fall cohort sold out, but the winter Circle is now open. If the timing wasn't right before, this is your season.
For the season when you know something needs to change — and you're ready to figure out what's next.
The Women's Leadership Circle is Read to Lead's most immersive experience — an ongoing, six-week cohort built around a practice: cultivating whatever's next for you.
Your facilitator is Laura Guzman — seasoned executive, founder of Book Society, and certified holistic yoga instructor. She built Book Society during her own transition from the corporate world to something of her own, and knows firsthand how lonely and scary that in-between can feel. The Circle is the container she wishes she'd had: a small group of women, six weeks together, and dedicated space to reflect, reconnect, and craft a plan for the chapter ahead.
This isn't a lecture series or a one-day reset. It's…
