Join us for the debut of Book Society's Yoga Book Club — a quiet morning to take our practice off the mat and onto the page. Open to teachers, students, and the yoga-curious, we'll read, reflect, and connect through meditation, journaling, and mimosas. No previous knowledge or experience necessary!

About the event
Introducing a new book club, where our yoga practice continues off the mat and onto the page.
Off the Mat is a book club for anyone who wants to carry their yoga practice beyond the postures and into the way they read, reflect, and move through the world. We won't flow through a single sun salutation. Instead, we'll gather in the quiet solitude of the bookstore during the still morning hours to discuss books that deepen our understanding of the practice and the philosophy behind it. We'll also integrate a little meditation and journaling time to provide space for thoughtful reflection and contemplation. Whether you're a seasoned teacher, a curious student, or simply yoga-curious, all you need to bring is an inquisitive mind and open heart.
