About the event
We’re turning up the heat at Book Society for our very first after-hours event—an evening of dancing, sipping and soaking in the vibes of a warm Spanish night.
Prepare to be dazzled by Umbral Flamenco (Flamenco Threshold), featuring the dynamic Lauren Mezey (baile), Kyle Ickes (guitarra), and Roberto Zamora (cante). From rhythmic footwork to mesmerizing movement, Lauren and her troupe will bring the soul of southern Spain straight to our stacks.
To pair with the passion? Cristina Torres of Marimar Estate will be pouring some of the most beloved wines we’ve ever featured. Raised in Sonoma with Catalan roots, Cristina’s wines strike the perfect balance of tradition and sunshine—ideal for a night of flamenco and fun.
Expect tapas, music and maybe even a little impromptu dancing.
